Store policy
Terms
These terms apply when you buy or use anything from Imperium Store. Please read them before you purchase, especially sections 4, 5 and 7, which cover your trading risk and how decisions about the platform are made.
1. Who you are buying from
Imperium Store is operated by Kaviarasu Murugan from Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, India. It is not an incorporated company or a registered firm, and it is stated plainly here rather than left blank. You are contracting with an individual, and you can reach that individual directly. More about who I am is on the About page.

2. What you are buying
You are buying a licence to use the software, not ownership of it. The software, its source code and its design remain mine. Your licence is personal to you and to the account you bought with.
You may not share, sell, resell, rent, sublicense, publish or redistribute the software or your access credentials. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, modify or attempt to bypass any part of it, including its licence verification.
“Lifetime access” means your licence to use the software does not expire. It does not give you ownership, source code, or any authority over how the product is built. See section 7.
3. Access, pricing and renewals
The introductory offer gives you one week of access for ₹199 and may be used once per account. You may skip that offer and buy one calendar month directly for ₹499. Each later monthly payment also adds one calendar month of access. Eligible 7-day and one-month checkouts offer Razorpay auto-renew, selected by default. The checkout states the amount charged today, the ₹499 monthly amount, and the first automatic debit date. Clearing the checkbox makes that checkout a one-time payment.
Leaving auto-renew selected and approving Razorpay’s mandate authorizes ₹499 automatic monthly debits from the date shown until you cancel. You can cancel from the Billing page at any time; cancellation stops future debits and never removes access already paid for. A manual top-up adds a month after your existing paid time but does not change Razorpay’s next scheduled debit.
If an automatic debit fails, Razorpay may retry it for up to three days. Eligible access receives a matching three-day grace period. If payment is not captured before grace ends, access expires. Billing shows retry, halted, cancelled and completed states and offers a payment-method update when Razorpay supports it.
Lifetime access is a separate one-time purchase that removes the access expiry on your account for that product. Upgrading to it automatically submits cancellation of any monthly auto-renew mandate. It does not create a credit or partial refund for remaining monthly time.
Coupons and referral codes may reduce the price or change a selected access term where the checkout says so. A code applies only while it is active and eligible for the selected product, plan, account, date, and paid-use limit. The discount and final amount shown immediately before Razorpay opens are the terms of that checkout. Coupons apply only to the initial checkout payment, never to later automatic debits. Every discounted order requires a payment of at least ₹1; a code never bypasses payment.
A valid purchase allows unlimited re-downloads. All purchases are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy.
4. Licence verification
When you sign in to the platform, it verifies your licence against the Imperium Store database using the email address you purchased with and your Imperium app password. This requires an internet connection at sign-in and is a necessary part of using the software.
This check exists to prevent the software being copied, shared or resold. It protects the value of what paying users, including you, have bought. Details of exactly what is and is not transmitted are on the Security page.
5. Your account, your trades, your risk
Trading and investing in derivatives carries substantial risk, including the loss of your entire capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your broker account and credentials, every order you place through the platform, your risk management, and your compliance with applicable law and your broker’s terms.
I accept no responsibility whatsoever for any profit or loss you make while using this software, whether that outcome arises from your own decisions, a mistaken click, a misunderstanding of a feature, a software defect, a delay, a data error, a failed or duplicated order, or a broker or network outage. The outcome of your trading is yours alone.
I have no control over your broker account. I cannot see it, access it, place orders in it, move funds in it, or choose trades on your behalf. New entries begin with your action in the app. Configured risk rules and trade-copy settings can send follow-up orders while the app is running, using your own API keys.
The software is provided on an “as is” basis. I do not guarantee profit, execution speed, data accuracy, uptime, market availability, or uninterrupted third-party broker and payment services. Software can fail and broker APIs can go down during volatile sessions. Never rely on any single tool to protect an open position.
6. Availability, maintenance and suspension
Access may be paused briefly and without prior notice where it is unavoidable: to ship an update, to perform maintenance, or to deal with a fault or a security issue. I keep these interruptions as short as I can, and I will normally tell you through the Updates dialog inside the platform or over support.
I may suspend or revoke your access where I consider it the right decision. That includes, but is not limited to, sharing or reselling your licence, tampering with or attempting to bypass licence verification, using the software unlawfully, abusing support, or a fraudulent or reversed payment. Suspension or revocation does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Development decisions are mine
As the developer of this software, I retain full authority over what it becomes. I may add, modify or remove any feature, indicator, tool or broker integration in any future update, and I decide which requests are built and when. These decisions are mine alone.
This means support for a particular broker may be dropped, a feature you use may change or be removed, and new brokers and features may be added. The version you buy today works as described today; future versions may differ.
Lifetime access gives you a licence to use the software. It does not give you a vote, a veto, or any authority over decisions that shape the product, and no feature request creates a binding commitment.
8. Not investment advice
Imperium Trader is order execution and analysis software. It does not select trades or create new entries autonomously. Configured risk exits and sub-account copies can send follow-up orders while the app is running. I am not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing shipped or published here is investment advice, a recommendation, a tip or a signal.
Imperium connects through each broker's own official trading API, using API keys you generate in your broker account. Broker names and logos indicate compatibility only. Imperium Store is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of any broker.
9. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms as the store and the software change. Continuing to use the software after an update means you accept the revised terms. If anything here is unclear, ask me before you buy. Contact details are on the About page.
