Referral Program Terms
Last updated: 11 August 2026
These terms apply when you create or use an Imperium Store referral link. Joining the program means you accept these terms. The current rate, attribution window, holding period, minimum payout, and payout status shown in your Referral dashboard form part of these terms.
1. Program operator
Imperium Store is operated by Kaviarasu Murugan from Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, India. It is not an incorporated company or a registered firm, and it is stated plainly here rather than left blank. You are contracting with an individual, and you can reach that individual directly. More about who I am is on the About page.

2. Eligibility and your links
You must be at least 18, hold an active Imperium Store account, provide accurate payout details, and use the program lawfully.
Your links may be shared in your own videos, descriptions, websites, communities, and social posts. You must describe Imperium Trader honestly and make it clear when you may earn a commission.
You may pause a link at any time. We may suspend a partner or link where there is suspected abuse, misleading promotion, legal risk, a payment dispute, or a breach of these terms.
3. Attribution
A signed first-party cookie records the latest valid referral click for the period shown in the dashboard. The final eligible referral click before checkout receives attribution.
By default, the program is limited to new customers. A customer who had a completed Imperium Store purchase before the referral click may be ineligible. Self-referrals, including purchases made from the same Store account as the partner, are never eligible.
Attribution is frozen on the server before Razorpay opens. A referral link, browser input, screenshot, click count, or unverified checkout is not proof of a sale. The Store database record tied to a captured provider payment is the only source of truth.
4. Commission calculation
Commission is calculated in integer paise from the amount actually paid after discounts, less the GST included in that price, and before payment-gateway fees. Rounding is down to the nearest paise.
Only a payment confirmed as captured by Razorpay can create commission. Failed, fraudulent, self-referred, refunded, reversed, or chargeback-lost payments do not earn commission. Any processed full or partial refund makes the whole commission for that payment ineligible. A dispute can block a commission until it is resolved.
The standard scope covers the initial attributed order. Where your dashboard says recurring subscription commission, captured recurring debits from the attributed subscription also qualify. Manual future purchases need their own valid attribution.
Your rate is frozen for a checkout when attribution is accepted. A later rate change applies to future attributions and does not rewrite an existing captured sale or subscription promise.
5. Holding and manual payouts
A captured commission remains on hold for the number of days shown in your dashboard. This allows time for payment settlement, fraud checks, refunds required by law, and disputes.
You may request the complete available balance after it reaches the displayed minimum. A request freezes its commission list, amount, rate evidence, and encrypted payout destination. You cannot open overlapping payout requests.
Payouts are reviewed and sent manually to your saved UPI ID, UPI mobile number, or bank account. The displayed due date is the review target, not a guarantee that banking networks will credit funds by that time. A payout becomes complete only after the Store records the transfer reference.
We may reject and release a request for correction, request identity or tax information, apply legally required withholding, or place a request in action-required status when a linked payment is refunded or disputed. Any post-payout reversal becomes a debit against future commission.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not buy through your own link, coordinate sham purchases, manipulate clicks, impersonate Imperium Store, use misleading earnings or trading claims, send unsolicited bulk messages, bid on deceptive brand terms, hide the destination, or offer an unauthorized rebate.
You must not promise profits, fixed returns, investment advice, or capabilities the product does not have. You are responsible for your content and for complying with advertising, endorsement, tax, and platform rules that apply to you.
7. Records, taxes, and termination
The immutable purchase, attribution, commission, payout allocation, audit, and provider reference records in the Store database control in the event of a discrepancy. Your dashboard intentionally does not reveal referred customers’ identities.
You are responsible for your own tax registrations, invoices, returns, and reporting. We may deduct withholding required by law and ask for supporting information before payment. Seek advice from a qualified tax professional for your circumstances.
Either side may end participation for future referrals. Suspension stops new attribution and future recurring commission while it remains in effect. It does not erase valid captured commission already earned, but we may withhold or reverse amounts connected to fraud, refunds, chargebacks, legal obligations, or a breach of these terms.
8. Changes and questions
We may update the program for future activity. If acceptance of a new version is required, the Referral dashboard will ask you to review it. For privacy details, see the Privacy Policy. Contact details are available on the Contact page.
