Disclaimer

Imperium Trader is order execution and analysis software. It connects to your own broker account through your own API keys and sends the orders you tell it to send. That is stated plainly here, rather than calling it an educational product, because that is what it actually does.

What it does not do

I am not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing shipped or published here is investment advice. Imperium Store does not recommend securities, does not issue buy or sell calls, does not provide tips or signals, and does not manage your money or trade on your behalf.

The platform does not select a trade or create a new entry autonomously. A new position begins with an action you take. Once configured, stoploss, target and trailing-stop rules can send follow-up exit orders, and the trade copier can send corresponding sub-account orders, while the app is running.

I have no control over your broker account and no ability to trade in it. Any written material, course content or documentation published here is explanatory only. It does not become advice, and it carries no guarantee of accuracy or outcome.

Your risk, your decisions

Trading and investing in derivatives carries substantial risk, including the loss of your entire capital. Most retail traders in options lose money. Past performance does not indicate future results.

You are responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, for your broker account and credentials, for every order you place through the platform, for your risk management, and for complying with applicable law and your broker’s terms. Evaluate suitability and risk before you use any product.

No responsibility is accepted for any profit or loss you make while using this software. Whatever the outcome of your trading, it is yours.

Imperium Store does not guarantee profits, trade outcomes, execution speed, data accuracy, market availability, or uninterrupted third-party broker and payment services. Software can fail, connections can drop, and broker APIs can go down during volatile sessions. Never depend on any single tool to protect an open position.

Broker independence

Imperium connects through each broker's own official trading API, using API keys you generate in your broker account. Broker names and logos indicate compatibility only. Imperium Store is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of any broker.

For how your broker credentials and trading data are handled, see the Security page. For who builds and runs this, see About.
