Imperium Store (“we”, “us”, the “Store”) operates the website https://www.imperiumstore.in and sells digital trading tools and educational material. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, who we share it with, and how you can remove it. It applies to every visitor and account holder, including users who sign in with Google.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Your email address, and the display name you supply if you register with an email and password.

Google account information. If you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive a limited set of profile data from Google. This is described in full in section 2 below.

Purchase and order information. Products purchased, order and payment reference IDs, payment status, list price, coupon discount, final amount, campaign attribution, purchase date, and the access period granted to your account. If you authorize auto-renew, we also store the Razorpay subscription and invoice references, mandate status, recurring amount, scheduled debit dates, retry and grace state, and cancellation timestamps.

Checkout contact information. The mobile number you enter is saved to your account and browser so it can prefill future payments. It is not independently verified by the Store.

Support information. Messages, order references, and account details you send us by email or WhatsApp when you request help.

Technical information. Standard server and security logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used to keep the Store available and to prevent abuse.

We do not collect your card number, UPI PIN, CVV, or net banking credentials. Those are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our servers.

2. Google user data

Google Sign-In is offered only as a way to create and access your Imperium Store account. We request the minimum scopes needed for authentication and nothing more.

Scopes we request

openid confirms your identity and issues the sign-in token.

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email provides your Google account’s primary email address and whether Google has verified it.

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile provides your basic public profile: name, profile picture URL, and locale.

We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, Photos, or any other Google API, and we do not read, send, delete, or modify any content in your Google account.

Data accessed

Through the scopes above, we access only the following Google user data:

Google account identifier (sub). The unique, stable ID Google assigns to your account.

Primary email address and its verification status.

Basic profile details. Your name, profile picture URL, and locale, where you have made them available on your Google profile.

How we use this data

Authentication. The Google account identifier and email address are used to create your Imperium Store account, to recognise you on return visits, and to keep you signed in.

Account linking. The email address links your account to the products you have purchased, so that downloads, licence access, and access expiry apply to the right person.

Transactional communication. The email address is used to send order confirmations, receipts, download or access details, and replies to your support requests.

Identifying your session. Your name, where provided, is displayed in the account menu together with your email address so you can confirm which account is signed in. The profile picture URL is received as part of the basic profile scope and held on your account record; it is not published or shown to other users.

Security and fraud prevention. To detect duplicate or abusive accounts and to verify ownership when you contact support about access recovery.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, ad profiling, credit assessment, or any purpose unrelated to operating your Imperium Store account.

How we store this data

Google user data is stored in our authentication and application database, hosted by Supabase, and is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and encrypted at rest by the hosting provider. Access is restricted to the Store operator and is protected by row level security policies and server side authorisation checks.

We store only the fields listed under “Data accessed”. We do not retain your Google password, and we do not store long lived Google API access tokens for offline use.

Data is retained for as long as your account exists. After account deletion, we remove your profile data and retain only the order and payment records we are required to keep for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution purposes under applicable Indian law.

How we share this data

We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data, and we do not transfer it to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks. It is shared only with the service providers required to run the Store, and only to the extent needed:

Supabase provides authentication and database hosting, and stores your account identifier, email address, and profile details.

Razorpay handles payment processing and receives your email address, mobile number, order amount, and order reference to process a payment and issue a receipt. When you choose auto-renew, Razorpay also stores and operates the payment mandate and sends us its lifecycle and debit status.

Email delivery provider receives your email address in order to deliver transactional messages such as confirmations and access details.

We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or a valid request from a public authority, or where necessary to investigate fraud or protect the rights and safety of our users.

Limited Use disclosure

Imperium Store’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and we do not allow humans to read this data except with your explicit consent, for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymised.

Revoking access and deleting your data

You can disconnect Imperium Store from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops any further data being shared with us.

To have the Google user data we already hold deleted, email support@imperiumstore.in from your registered address and ask us to delete your account. We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.

3. Payments

Payment processing is handled through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials on Imperium Store. Razorpay processes your payment details under its own privacy policy and applicable payment regulations, and returns payment status and reference IDs to us. Coupon codes are converted to a one-way keyed digest before database storage; order records retain the applied campaign label, discount, and attribution so we can issue receipts and measure campaign results. For auto-renew, Razorpay—not Imperium Store—retains the reusable payment mandate. We store only provider references, status, schedule and amounts needed to grant access, show Billing controls, reconcile missed webhooks, and process cancellation requests.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage strictly to keep you signed in, maintain your cart, and secure your session. The checkout mobile number may also be retained in browser local storage for payment prefilling. We also store your per-product cart plan and auto-renew checkbox preference so a deliberate opt-out survives a page refresh. We do not use advertising or cross site tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

Order records may be retained for receipts, access verification, customer support, tax, and compliance purposes. Account and profile data is retained while your account is active and deleted on request, subject to those legal retention obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or ask us to delete your account and associated profile data. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Imperium Store is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Store changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified to account holders by email.
