Refund Policy

All products sold through Imperium Store are digital delivery products. This includes introductory trial-week access, later one-month renewals, and lifetime access. Once payment is completed and access is issued to your account, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for digital products in any case, including accidental purchases, change of mind, lack of use, device changes, or account access issues after delivery.

Auto-renew is selected by default for eligible introductory and monthly checkout. The checkout shows the amount charged today, later monthly amount, and first debit date; turn off the auto-renew checkbox before payment if you want a one-time purchase. If you leave it on and approve the Razorpay mandate, you can cancel future automatic debits at any time from Billing. Cancellation does not reverse a debit already captured and does not remove its paid access.

Each successful automatic debit or manual top-up adds one month of access and is a completed digital delivery purchase. Upgrading to lifetime access is a separate one-time purchase, automatically cancels future auto-renewal, and does not create a credit or partial refund for remaining monthly time. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you lose access to a purchased product, contact support with your order details and registered account email. We will assist with access recovery where possible, but recovery support does not make the purchase eligible for a refund.
